In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to support the attraction, sourcing, engagement and assessment of great talent for our organisation. You will work closely with the wider TA team to understand and scope needs, which will ultimately optimise our processes, better leverage technology, data and analytics to utilise best practice to better inform our strategic decisions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep operational understanding of the talent landscape.


Accountabilities

Technology, Data and Analytics

•   Review and remain up-to-date on emerging recruitment technologies and tools

•   In partnership with the PDT and DTI teams, critically assess our current tech stack and make recommendations for enhancements or additional software to better support quality, efficiency and automation 

•   Develop a suite of dashboards and analytics which provide meaningful management information for the TA team and key stakeholders

•   Identify trends and conduct analysis to provide better insights into our recruitment strategies and which help us make data-driven decisions

•   Conduct market and competitor research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor practices and talent market dynamics, providing insight on best practice; make recommendations for further enhancements of operating model, processes and practices

 

Process and Transformation

•   Work with PDT Team to identify further process efficiency initiatives, including the greater use of automation where practicable to streamline and reduce manual intervention

•   Create effective change management programmes to execute transformation and drive efficiencies for the TA Team, engaging with the wider HR community as appropriate

•   Identify opportunities for further efficiency through outsourcing, use of shared services, researching and recommending vendors and working with Procurement on RfP and engagement

•   Identify learning pathways for the TA Team for ongoing professional development

 

Vendor Management

•   Oversee relationships with vendors and partners to ensure alignment with our objectives, adherence to agreed SLAs and overall quality of service

 

Education & Experience

•   A minimum of 7 years’ relevant, proven talent acquisition operational experience within a complex global environment

•   Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, social media platforms and other innovative recruitment tools

•   Proficiency in data analytics and experience in leveraging data to drive decisions and measure outcomes

•   A strong process and change management orientation, with the ability to think creatively about solutions to complex problems

•   Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and engagement skills

•   Strong project and programme management capabilities
